Hi, I’m Randy Lyman.
I’ve been many things in my life, including a physicist, an engineer, and a serial entrepreneur behind multiple 8-figure businesses.
And those things are great. They really, truly are. But there was always something *else* stirring in me—something deeper, truer, and really difficult to dig up.
For many years of my life, I existed with underlying pain, numb to my emotions and—ironically enough—my true self.
I also know this will come as no surprise to most of you. All of us, in some way, shape, or form are taught to ignore, smother, and even downright deny our emotional selves. We’re told they’re too wild, too unsightly—that “we’re being overemotional” or “boys don’t cry.”
Many years ago my first dive into the deep, emotional hurt of my past set me on a journey. I wanted to find out what this hurt was and what it was trying to tell me. I wanted to stop feeling the way I felt whenever these emotions crept up on me. I wanted to reclaim this lost part of myself. I wanted to understand why I’m here and what I’m meant to do in this lifetime.
I finally decided to answer this call to adventure.
Part of me wishes I could define this more in concrete terms (“I got this degree,” “I finally achieved X, Y, and Z of spiritual enlightenment”), but the fact is, there’s no way to measure my journey—not in miles, milestones, or any other mark of achievement.
I’m *still* on this journey. Now, I’m a speaker, podcaster, and even the author of two upcoming books about humanity, potential, and the power of our emotional selves—what I call the Third Element.
That’s a little bit about me. Now it’s time to learn about you. Drop a comment below introducing yourself however you’d like—who you are, where you’re from, where you hope to go…
I’m looking forward to meeting you!
